Gas Grill. If you’re using a gas grill, preheat it to medium-high heat before adding the chicken legs. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping them. As with a charcoal grill, be sure to use indirect heat when grilling chicken legs on a gas grill. Firepit Grill. If you’re using a fire pit grill, build a two-zone fire before adding the chicken
Cook in a 12" dutch oven, with about 3 inches of water. Leave out the salt and oil. Drain. Coat a cast iron skillet with 1 tbsp oil, and add the garlic, onion, (and mushrooms if you have them);cook about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add foil packet of wood chips to grill, to create a smoky flavor. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and water.
Grilling the Picanha. Place the Picanha on the grill, fat cap side down, at a 45-degree angle to the grates. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, rotating the meat 90 degrees halfway through each side. This technique will create those gorgeous grill marks and an even sear. Using a meat thermometer, check the internal temperature of the Picanha.

Here's how to make them yours: Buy a few dozen oysters (you want big ones that won't dry out). Once your grill hits medium-high, fill the grate with as many bivalves, cupped side down, as will fit

First, marinate the steak in a resealable Ziploc bag or container. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours before grilling. Next, let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cover. Grill the steaks for 5 minutes on one side before flipping and grilling for 3-7 minutes.
Place the rib rack bone-side down on the grill, close the lid, and adjust the grill until it holds a temperature of 300 F/150 C. Let the ribs cook for 30 minutes. Don't open the lid as keeping it closed will hold in as much smoke as possible.
Place your tuna in direct heat. If you only want to sear the tuna - cook it for about 1 to ½ minutes PER SIDE. Your total cooking time should be less than 3 minutes. If you want to cook it all the way through, you need about 2 to 3 minutes PER SIDE. 2 minutes per side is ideal if your tuna steak is less than an inch thick.
Preheat Grill to Medium High. Preheat your gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Clean the grill grates and oil immediately before grilling. To keep your steak from sticking to the grill, we recommend oiling your grates using tongs and a paper towel soaked in oil.
Use a meat thermometer (trust me, it’s handy!) and let it cook until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF. This should take about an hour, but start to keep a closer eye on the roast after about 45 minutes. Once your pot roast is cooked, you can remove it from the grill and let it rest for about ten minutes.
