Enable upnp and set IP address reservations for each game console. Be sure consoles are OFF. Set up QoS rules for the 1st and 2nd game console and see if QoS and uPnP can help with OPEN NAT. Turn ON the 1st game console and check both NAT status. Leave ON. Turn ON the 2nd game console and check both NAT status.
If you want to play on 2 different TVs, i think you will need HDMI splitter to have this same video on each TV. On each TV you need 3D ( passive ) option. If the game is in Over-Under you have to use 3D OU setting or 3D SBS if the game is in Side by Side. Then each of you need 1 pair of Dual Play glasses.
The data packages sent are so small, the a much more important Factor than speed is actually the ping, which is the time the data takes to go from you to the host and back. 5 Mbps is more than enough for online gaming, but 5 Mbps isn't much if you have family members on the same network Facetiming/Skyping, uploading ect. at the same time.
You can only have one home at a time though so you are limited to 2 xboxes. Keep in mind the xbox you play on doesn’t need to be your home. At the same time, only you’re account can play games on the non-home xbox. You’re daughter will need to use the same xbox every time. You can use either as the account owner. If that all makes sense. I have 5 Xbox Ones (3 x's). I mainly use them as UHD players, but I do have a setup in my basement with 2 TVs next to each other. Both the Xbox and PlayStation allow you to play a single purchased digital game on 2 consoles at the same time.

And most of the time syncing errors will occur, mainly saying that your other xbox is taking a long time to save to the cloud. But you should be fine if you play 2 different accounts, but if you want to play the same account on both of the xbox ones then you need to sign out of the xbox that you were previously playing in order to let your 2nd

Yes, you can share games with multiple consoles on Xbox. For that, you need to add them to your family account and set things up as per your requirements. Following that, you need to remove your console by using the My home Xbox option. Then you need to make your Xbox as your home console. DWbPSo.
