Reset the receiver's processor by pressing and holding the Surround Mode and Tune Mode switches on the front panel, and releasing them when the unit turns on and the word "Reset" appears in the front-panel display. Hi, What happens after you turn on the speaker by just pressing the power button, is the BT light on or flashing? If the blue BT light is not on just press and hold the BT button only until the BT blue light starts flashing.
