There are two blocks in the door which act as upper window travel stops. These let you adjust both the height and angle - to some extent - of the window when it is fully up. Step 3: Tape the window to the piece of Lexan. Trace the outline of the window onto the Lexan, making sure to add 1/4″-1/2″ or so to the outside edge. The top has so little to do with it in the end. I have a soft top, and I’m beginning to prefer it up on the freeway. So, having the top up with an RF on the freeway seems like the right thing to do. The real differentiating feature of a soft top and an RF is your view when the top is down.
